I’m placing information here for those that might not know what missionaries do and why they are willing to spend two years serving as missionaries. The following is a link to a video that talks about why the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints sends missionaries out around the world.
Missionaries start their service at the Missionary Training Center or MTC (see a video about it at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FuUe-F0spFI). Aaron spent 6 weeks in Provo at the MTC and is now in Guatemala at the training center there for 3 weeks.
