Letters & Packages: ONLY USE THE U.S. POST OFFICE. Carriers other than the U.S. postal service charge a customs fee, and need to be picked up at the airport, which he cannot do. Also, DO NOT SEND MONEY IN ANY LETTERS OR PACKAGES. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW IN EL SALVADOR AND MAY CAUSE LEGAL TROUBLE FOR HIM.
Aaron sent an email May 2016 and said to use this address since he is currently in Belize:

DearElder.com is an easy and free option to write to Aaron over the computer. Just sign in, select his mission, El Salvador San Salvador West/Belize Mission and type in his name, Elder Aaron Black. Then write a letter in the space provided on the website. It will be sent to Aaron’s mission by a courier using the Church pouch system.
Church Pouch System: This is a little complicated, but uses a 0.45 first class postage stamp, so is less expensive if you only have one page. Here are the requirements:
Letters must be written on one side of printer/copier paper (not notebook paper) and sent without an envelope folded as follows (from his missionary handbook).
Lay the letter blank side down, Fold the bottom of the letter about one-third of the way up the page and crease. Fold the top of the letter to the bottom of the first fold and crease. Secure the long side with two pieces of tape about one inch in from each end, but do not seal the ends.
Address the non-taped side and attach a first class U.S. stamp. (For post cards, mail as you would to any U.S. destination.) Mail it to Church headquaters in Salt Lake City. A private courier takes it directly to the El Salvador mission each Friday. The address is:
